Reed is the newest member of the team. He is from the Philippines and serves as the team’s Marketing Coordinator. He has been a virtual assistant for MyOutDesk for more than 5 years. Prior to this he was a team leader at a call center in the Philippines. He has been in the customer care industry for more than 12 years and has vast experience in marketing, administrative work, training, coaching and development.

When not working, Reed loves spending time with his family and his dogs. He has 2 English Bulldogs and 1 Frenchie. He’s obsessed with cleaning and organizing and enjoys going to the beach in his free time.

1. What was your first job?

• I worked as a sales person for my parent’s hardware store.

2. What kind of music do you like?

• I like a mix of everything, except country.

3. What’s been your favorite vacation?

• Hong Kong Disneyland with family.

4. What genre of books do you like?

• I don’t read that much. I love books turned into films though. I love movies in general.

5. What’s the most exciting part of your job?

• Meeting new people, developing relationships with them and counting them as friends.

• Asian and anything with cheese.

7. Do you have any pets?

• I have 2 Engish Bulldogs and 1 Frenchie.

8. Are you a morning person or a night owl?

• I’m both, but more of a morning person.

• Green Tea!

• Focusing on just 1 thing; not overthinking; not multi-tasking.

• Organizing when I’m in the right mood

• A Chiropractor

• Clean, organize and build home stuff

• I have had asthma since I was a kid so my parents have always been more restrictive of me, even in sports. I played volleyball and chess though.

• Yes

• I used to be an extrovert but now I’m an introvert.

• Toads, the big ones

• Winter; we don’t have snow here.

• Rain outside, tea in bed watching Lord of the Rings for the thousandth time or at sunset at the beach with my dogs.

• I was a Team Leader and a Trainer for new hires at a call center

• I can crack my fingers and toes really loudly and continuously.

• Laundry

• A power source, such as a nuclear reactor. A 5 star hotel with bar and restaurant.  An Iron Man Suit.
