“We would highly recommend Eric and were extremely happy with our transaction process for buying and selling our homes. Eric was very attentive to our needs and always kept our best interest in mind throughout the process. Eric is great to work  with and we could not have asked for things to go any better.”

– Jen, East Falls

“Eric is hands down the best in the business. If you are like my fiancée and myself — looking for houses in Philly, but worried about the entire scary process — seriously do yourself a favor and choose Eric Fox as your realtor. Eric is a machine at what he does but is also incredibly disarming.  He has years’ worth of knowledge and knows all the red flags and how to deal with difficult and unforeseen situations. This process can be so intimidating and buying a house can seem nuts. But seriously, if you choose Eric, he is going to always choose what’s best for YOU, and you are going to sleep soundly instead of worrying if you are making a horrible decision. He is brutally honest, and very patient. I’m extremely OCD and asked a billion questions along the way. Every single small text or question was met with professionalism, kindness, and class. I am barely ever impressed enough to review anyone, but seriously this guy is many levels above other folks we interviewed. Long story short: do yourself a favor and use this guy.”

– Ashley, Northern Liberties

“Aside from being a mensch, Eric is professional, courteous, and — perhaps most importantly — knowledgeable about the market, housing construction, and design. Eric worked hard to understand what I desired and what I needed to avoid. I was lucky because as a new resident of Philadelphia, I got a crash course in the housing market from the best realtor. I would recommend him without hesitation.”

“Eric is an incredible realtor & a terrific person.  He attended to all details for the sale of my home so I was informed throughout the process.   He helped me to be sure my home was ready to go on the market as to staging and timing, etc, He was such a support during the paperwork process at closing.  And most importantly, he was always available to answer my questions.  He is just a great realtor and great person!”
