About Eric Fox

Eric Fox is a native Philadelphian, brimming with energy and a passion for real estate. Eric came to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach from a real estate focused financial background. After graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, Eric started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was on a team that concentrated on real estate related companies. In 1999, Eric started his investment path when he purchased his first investment property in Manayunk, just outside of Center City. Eric temporarily left Philadelphia in 1999, to complete his CPA while simultaneously working for MGM Studios in Los Angeles.

After two years of working in Southern California, Eric returned to Philadelphia to live and continue his career in real estate. He has been working as an agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox and Roach since early 2003. Eric has helped clients buy and sell over 250 million worth of real estate over the course of 730 transactions. He was awarded the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award from 2005 – 2014, the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award in 2015, and the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Eric is currently ranked within the Top Half of 1 percent of Fox and Roach Agents Worldwide.

The combination of Eric’s knowledge of the real estate market, his transactional experience, as well as his general financial knowledge has proven to be a valuable asset to his clients. Furthermore, his high ethical standards, inherent people skills and passion to far surpass all expectations has proven to be a valuable tool in helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Eric’s further passions include his family, friends and his physical health.

In Eric’s spare time he enjoys traveling, getting to the gym and playing, reading or singing with his 8 year old daughter.

About Brad Button

Brad Button grew up just outside of Philadelphia in Moorestown, NJ. After graduating from Vassar College in 2000, his jazz hands led him to pursue an acting career in Los Angeles. You may recognize him from his showstopping performances as Reporter #4 and Waiter #7. But the beautiful weather began to take its toll on Brad, and he longed for the bitter cold of the east coast winters. In 2009, Brad returned to his roots in the Philly area and found his niche in real estate, where he could combine his love of architecture, interior design, and working with people.

As a resident of Philadelphia and a real estate investor himself, Brad brings local knowledge and passion to helping his clients find a home that is just right for them. Both buying and selling a home can be daunting tasks but Brad is here to guide you every step of the way with integrity, care, and fun! Brad’s outgoing personality, negotiation skills and financial knowledge allow him to assist buyers, sellers, and investors with all of their real estate needs.

In addition to Brad’s love of real estate, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, comedy/improv, and beach days on Cape Cod. He is a board member of the Independence Business Alliance (the LGBT Chamber of Commerce for the Greater Philadelphia Area.)

About Paul Justice

Paul was born in Philadelphia, and has grown up in the surrounding suburbs. Over the years,
Paul has spent much of his time exploring and enjoying the city. He’s excited to now call this
beautiful city home.

Paul received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Millersville University in 2008. In 2009,
he obtained his real estate license. His prior experience in both the insurance and real estate
field have allowed him to work with many clients over the years. He has helped first time
buyers, move up clients and investors find their perfect property.

Paul prides himself on being client focused and putting their needs first. His knowledge and
passion for real estate has proven to be very beneficial for his clients.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and his dog, Bella. He
enjoys traveling and gardening. He also likes to run throughout the city and along the Schuylkill
River trail. Paul is a member of the Independence Business Alliance, the South of South
Neighborhood Association and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors.
